Refund Policy
Our return policy only applies to items with manufacturing defects. If your item does not have a defect, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and have a verified manufacturing defect. It must be in the original packaging where possible. A receipt or proof of purchase (such as an order number) must be provided to complete the return. Do not return the purchase to the manufacturer if it was shipped directly from their facilities.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or declined, along with the reason for the decline, if applicable.
Some types of items cannot be returned, even if defective, such as perishable goods (food, flowers, newspapers or magazines), intimate products (e.g. underwear), sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids and gases.
In accordance with Article L.221-23 of the Consumer Code, the customer is responsible for the cost of returning the goods. If the return is approved, the refund will be processed and the credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few days.
Return shipping costs (if applicable):
If the returned item has a verified manufacturing defect, shipping costs will be refunded up to a maximum of 5 euros. If the return is our responsibility, the item will be replaced free of charge.
The time it takes to receive a replacement product may vary depending on where you live. To facilitate tracking your return, please provide proof of shipment, including your package tracking number. It is essential that you include your order number with your package; otherwise, no refund will be processed. This will allow us to track the status of your return until it arrives at our facilities.
